Have you lost something, or has your child forgotten their cuddly toy? Fear not! Our Baggage Service and partner Troov allow you to submit your declaration online by completing the lost property form here.

With Troov, you can declare an item you have lost securely online, providing as much details as possible, and then have the option to pick up the lost item at the airport or have it delivered home (paid service).

The storage and return of items recovered by the Baggage and Lost Items Service are subject to regulations (in French), which you can check at any time.

Please note: we only store found items for a limited period of time. The lost and found office donates clothing accessories such as belts, hats, scarves, gloves and vests to charities. These items are not subject to a retention period, and cannot be recovered.
